The interior design complements the natural surroundings and pays homage to the excellence of our territory. From the entrance, the design cues of archetypal forms are apparent: the stratification of the soil and orientation of vine rows are echoed in the inclined lines of the shelving design and the steel cables decorating the entrance door.
Clad in oak staves, the space has been divided into three distinct areas: a back counter for information and purchases, a raised table with stools for “casual” tasting, and a round white marble table with transparent chairs for a more “formal and ceremonial” tasting.
Interior furnishings have been crafted using natural cellar wood and antiquated iron, and resin in the color of Langhe earth to mirror freshly ploughed soil, creating a deliberately contemporary setting. The ambiance is further enriched with drop chandeliers, reminiscent of the atmosphere of ancient party halls.

In The Heart Of Barolo
Coinciding with the opening of the Wine Museum, Damilano renovated the old house at Via Roma 31 and launched its second wine shop. This elegant venue continues the design and layout of the first shop near the winery. It offers another refined space for tourists to sample the company’s great wines.

Since September 2013, the Damilano Winery has housed one of the most renowned Piedmontese restaurants within its complex: Massimo Camia Restaurant. The restaurant is run and the cuisine curated by its owner and chef, Massimo Camia, an undisputed talent in high-end cuisine in Italy and abroad, supported by his wife Luciana.
Elegant and bright, the restaurant is located on the first floor of the winery. Large windows overlooking the hills frame the stunning Langhe region like a painting. Massimo Camia, who has held a Michelin star since 2001, is often considered a chef connected to tradition and territory. However, his menu offers plenty of space for dishes reinterpreted in a personal and innovative way.
