  1. Pickup time When a driver service is included in your booking, passengers are asked to be punctual at the pickup, by presenting themselves at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the pickup time.

After this time, Albacityrours.com’s driver will not be able to wait and passengers will have to make their own way to their departure location.

Albacityrours.com declines any responsibility in case of delay of the passenger to the pickup location, intense traffic jams or unforeseen events that could delay the helicopter’s departure or arrival time.

PASSENGERS Age restrictions There is no age limit, but there are special requirements:

Children under 2 years old must sit on an adult’s lap (at least 1 adult per infant) Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (at least 1 adult per plane) For adults over 80 and pregnant women, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before booking. How many passengers are there in a helicopter?

For private bookings, passengers are those who are part of your booking request. The maximum number is determined by the helicopter’s capacity, which depends on the model.

For shared bookings or seats, the number of passengers depends on the number of people who have booked a similar flight.

LUGGAGE

Maximum size and weight The maximum dimensions are 60 X 45 X 25 cm. The maximum weight is 21 kg.

We recommend using soft luggage. Luggage limit Albacityrours.com allows one standard luggage (maximum weight and dimensions in the previous question) and one small handbag (handbag, briefcase) per person.

Extra luggage policy

Extra luggage is subject to feasibility and is not applicable for online bookings. For any flight, extra luggage will be charged €70 per bag (€80 during the Grand Prix periods from the previous Wednesday to the following Tuesday) if it is acceptable inside the helicopter. If the number of extra luggage requires Albacityrours.com to operate a second helicopter, the cost of the additional helicopters required will be borne by the Passenger.

The passenger undertakes to communicate to Albacityrours.com at least 24 hours in advance any information requiring special attention (fragile or oversized luggage, stroller, pets, etc.) and to bear the additional cost resulting.

DELAY AND CANCELLATION

Cancellation due to weather conditions In case of flight cancellation by Albacityrours.com due to bad weather conditions, the ticket is turned into a credit note. The flight can be rescheduled at a later date and time within a limit of 3 months. Beyond 3 months, the ticket will be fully refunded.

Rates For helicopter transfers, Albacityrours.com uses three different types of rates. PRIVATE The displayed price is valid for an entire helicopter, regardless of the number of passengers on board.

This rate is always available. Flights booked with this rate are flexible and refundable as described in our Terms and Conditions.

SHARED

The displayed price is valid for an entire helicopter, regardless of the number of passengers on board. Customers choosing this rate accept that the empty seats will be put on sale for other potential passengers. This rate is available only on specific routes and will not appear if the chosen helicopter is at maximum passenger capacity.

In exchange for sharing their flight with other passengers, customers choosing this option enjoy two advantages: A significant discount compared to the Private rate A potential refund based on how many empty seats are sold The flight is non-flexible and non-refundable as described in our Terms and Conditions.

SEATS

The displayed price is determined by the number of passengers. The number of passengers influences the price. This rate is only available if another customer has chosen the Shared rate on the same route and requested date. Customers choosing this rate accept to board another customer’s flight and to depart at a time that may or may not differ from their requested departure time.

The flight is non-flexible and non-refundable as described in our Terms and Conditions. Online payment VS Online quote Albacityrours.com allows online bookings to or from over 600 locations. For custom locations selected via Google Maps, flights are subject to feasibility and rates are estimated based on the GPS coordinates selected by the customer. For such requests, online payment is disabled and Albacityrours.com will respond with a quote as soon as possible.
